Tapio developed Powershot360, an online feedback platform that enables team members to exchange effective feedback on each other’s talents and personal strengths. The platform emphasizes who does what and how each contribution strengthens the team. Talent emerges and grows through interaction and collaboration with the people around us.



Support in the Face of Potentially Traumatic Events

Tapio has extensive (international) experience in supporting teams and organizations confronted with potentially traumatic events. This includes witnessing serious traffic or workplace accidents, fires or explosions, acts of aggression, or sudden deaths.

He organizes and facilitates initial support conversations and psychological debriefings for individual employees and teams. In addition, he supports management and leadership in coping with the impact of these events, guiding their teams, and promoting recovery and resilience within the organization.

The focus is on both emotional support and the restoration of resilience, effective communication, and functioning under pressure, enabling teams and organizations to regain direction and stability. Tapio is part of a specialized team of crisis psychologists.
